• Good sportsmanship is important. Please prioritize showing respect towards your opponents in all situations.
• Profanity, hate speech, or any other highly inappropriate actions directed at anyone within the Brag House community will result in a ban.
• Showing up for games is extremely important and ensures that everyone has a positive experience. Failure to show up for your matches will result in a forfeit.
• Brag House reserves the right to change, add, or modify these policies as they deem appropriate

• Teams may not voluntarily forfeit a Match without prior authorization from Tournament Administrators. Teams that forfeit without a notice or forfeit with too short of a notice will be subject to possible consequences such as a temporary pause from participating in future tournaments and/or feature their stream on the Brag House app.

Generally speaking, Disconnections are handled as follows:

• If players disconnect before a game starts or as the game is loading in, we will remake the game.
• If players disconnect during a game, play continues. The disconnected player may attempt to rejoin the lobby but a sub cannot be brought in mid-game for a disconnected player.
• If the entire lobby crashes at any point in the game, we will rematch the game.
• Up to 5 minutes is given between games for players to fix technical issues. Teams may bring in another gamer from their roster in between games to sub for the person with issues. If no solution is found within 5 minutes, their opponent may give them additional time to resolve the issue upon their approval.

We strongly encourage you to communicate with us regarding technical issues. Brag House reserves the right to review situations with technical issues and request that the match be rescheduled/replayed if it appears that one or both parties is attempting to force a Loss on their opponent.

Cheating is explicitly prohibited and can be defined as any of the following:

• Using any mods or modifying your game in a way that either violates the Game Developers’ terms of service or gives the player a competitive advantage.
• Intentionally using/abusing in-game bugs
• Having a gamer of a higher skill level play on your behalf on your account
• If you are found to be cheating at any point, you will be removed from the Tournament and potentially banned from future events.
