This is the second installment of the Brag Gators Gauntlet Series, as Brag House continues its strategic partnership with Florida Gators Athletics and Learfield’s Florida Gators Sports Properties, bringing Gators fans unforgettable gaming experiences.
Together, we’re building a new era of sports entertainment — where casual competitive gaming meets the passion of Gators sports. Compete, brag, and make history—join the Gauntlet and show the world what Gator gamers are all about!
🏆 All matches will be streamed live on the Brag House platform and official channels:
All current students and alumni of University of Florida and the rest of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) schools are eligible to register for free and compete in this tournament.
Whether you’re still on campus, already off-campus for the summer or you’re an alumni, compete online from wherever you are!

WEDNESDAY, July 16, 2025:
- Tournament bracket play through (incl.) quarterfinals | 6:00-10:00 PM EST
Students and alumni from across the SEC face off in intense early-round action as they battle for a spot in the live-streamed semifinals.
SATURDAY, July 19, 2025 (streamed live):
- Student-Athletes Exhibition bracket | 12:00-2:00 PM EST
Watch UF student-athletes go head-to-head in a special showcase tournament. One Gator athlete will emerge victorious to represent the squad in a bonus showdown.
- Tournament bracket play Semifinals and Finals | 2:00-3:30 PM EST
The top players from Wednesday’s action return to compete live for the championship and their share of the $1,500 prize pool.
- ⚔️ Bonus Match: Student-Athlete Champion vs. Tournament Champion| 3:30-4:00 PM EST
The ultimate bragging rights are on the line as the Student-Athlete Exhibition winner takes on the Tournament Champion in a can’t-miss bonus match.
$1500 in SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE CHAMPIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT:
- 1st Place: $1,000 scholarship
- 2nd Place: $300 scholarship
- 3rd Place: $200 scholarship
$500 in PRIZES FOR SPECTATORS OF THIS TOURNAMENT:

For the final showdown—the Bonus Match between the Student-Athlete Exhibition Champion and the Tournament Champion—the stakes go beyond bragging rights:

Up to 128 students and alumni from University of Florida and other SEC colleges will compete in EA Sports College Football 26 in a single-elimination bracket.
Top 16:
Players reaching the Top 16 will stream/record their gameplay for a chance for their plays to be featured during the live broadcast.
Top 4:
The top 4 competitors will advance to the LIVE event on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 12:00 – 4:00 PM EST, where they’ll battle for their share of the $1,500 scholarship prize pool.

Online Bracket Play (Preliminaries to Quarterfinals)
- Up to 128 students & alumni compete in single-elimination format.
- Tournament rounds play through until the Top 4 are determined.
- Top 16 players may submit highlight clips for potential feature during Saturday’s live broadcast.
- The Top 4 players advance to the LIVE Championship Event on Saturday.

Main Tournament Semifinals & Final (3 Matches Total)
- Tournament Finalists Interviews: Meet the Top 4 competitors.

Bonus Charity Match (Approx. 3:30 PM):

🎮 GAME RULES
General:
- EA Sports College Football ’26 can only be played on Xbox series X | S and Playstation 5
- Fair Play Required: No intentional exploits, glitches, cheats, third-party software, or any form of match manipulation allowed.
- Score Reporting: Winning players must take a screenshot of the final score and submit it within 2 minutes after match completion.
- Dispute Resolution: Tournament moderators will resolve disputes using screenshots and/or replay logs.
- Player Adds: Players must add opponents through EA’s in-game system, NOT through console friend lists.
Game Settings:
- Match Format: Best-of-One (Single Elimination)
- Standardized Settings for Competitive Balance
- Quarter Length: 4 minutes
- Difficulty: All-American
- Playbooks: Default NCAA team playbooks only (No custom playbooks allowed)
- Accelerated Clock: OFF
- Injuries/Fatigue: OFF
- Tiebreakers: NCAA Overtime Rules (Alternating Possessions)
- Cross-Play (in Settings): ENABLED
Disconnect Policy:
- If Disconnect Occurs Before Halftime: Replay the match.
- If Disconnect Occurs After Halftime: The score stands based on submitted screenshots.
Streaming Requirements (Top 16 Players):
- Date Required: Wednesday, July 16, 2025
- Platform: Twitch (Download App on Console) – tutorial available here
- Stream Availability: Must have your stream readily available during gameplay from Round of 16 onwards.
- ▶ Xbox console Setup Instructions:
- Press Xbox button → Capture & Share → Setup Live Stream.
- Adjust Stream Settings to:
Resolution: 1080p
Bitrate: 6000 Kbps recommended (minimum 4000 Kbps) - Go to More Options to access audio and additional settings.
- ▶ PlayStation 5 console Setup Instructions:
- Press Create Button → Broadcast → Twitch → Three Dots (Options) → Broadcast Options.
- Set Video Quality to 1920×1080 @ 60fps.
- Note: PS Plus membership required for online play.

- Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Respect Is Mandatory: Players and participants must be respectful to opponents, moderators, and viewers at all times.
- Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Discrimination, offensive language, or harassment—including racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia, or other abusive behavior—will not be tolerated.
- Consequences for Violations May Include: Verbal or Written Warnings, Disqualification, Forfeiture of Prizes, Permanent Bans from Brag House events
- Privacy: Confidential information will be protected and not disclosed publicly.
- Final Say: All rulings are at the sole discretion of the Tournament Administration.
